@EaglesBurna Nah it’s completely Jalen. He said passing couple years ago was already a dig before anyone heard of KP. Said had patullo back. AJ acting diva was to force media/fans to hold Jalen more accountable which he suceeded. Even BG on WIP spilled the nugget there’s tension between them.

Everyone thinks this is just a Jalen Hurts/AJ problem and while I do think something happened between them along the road everyone is forgetting him & Nick were about to throw hands on the sidelines..

AJ “gave up” on them. When they were 4-0 and he wasn’t pleased because of stats. When he dogged it on routes. When he provided a wish list of trade spots.

You Jalen defender love using the dagger but all he has is 50/50 and throwing to the side. Guy prefers hitches and simple scheme. That’s why passing total is ranked 29th and 26th last couple years.

I like the player, but I’m not sure I like the decision to draft Makai Lemon.
It felt a little forced and reminiscent of the Eagles of a decade ago. Giving up (2) 4th rd picks, especially to Dallas, felt rich.

With AJ Brown likely out, the Eagles lack a WR1, but teams have been successful utilizing a WR-by-committee when the QB plays at a high level. Philly is counting on Jalen Hurts to elevate the performance of the WR corps with his play the pocket.

As I wrote in here, it's unfair (and unrealistic) to consider Lemon an A.J. Brown replacement. (If anything, DeVonta Smith is the Brown replacement.)
Lemon is the headlining acquisition in what will be a revamped WR depth chart this season — not the player tasked with replacing one of the best WRs in franchise history.
