Learned making salt pork like the 2nd photo and it helps with my cooking because i have a hard time keeping track of food before it spoils. 🥓
Worried about high blood pressure though… 👽
If i get a plane ticket, I’m going back to japan for whole of july and i have 2 full jars of salt pork that i hope won’t spoil during that time… 🙏
