Super disappointed in @Lowes return policy for Dewalt power tools. At some point you have to realize not everyone keeps receipts. I wasn’t looking to get a refund just exchange a 3” cut off tool. That still looks new no less. I lean on Lowe’s for a lot of shopping also.

@Lowes Although the store we frequent was great, my best experience was through the folks organizing delivery. I had to call them with an unusual request and they were kind enough to listen, not laugh and actually try to fulfill my request. Soooo impressed!

@Lowes Paying $600 for “premium” delivery and installation should mean reliability-not months of waiting. It’s been over 2 months since I ordered a built-in refrigerator, and I’m still stuck in delays with no clear answers. Every new “promised delivery date” comes and goes.
