I mean, you just said you didn’t grow up with a mom or a dad and you’re doing extraordinary things. I’d say maybe some kids with 2 moms or 2 dads that wouldn’t have otherwise existed might also end up doing extraordinary things too, and maybe even liking their 2 moms or 2 dads in the process. Just because it’s not ideal and it gives you the ick doesn’t mean it always ends up terrible! There are worst things in the world toward which to direct your visceral disdain.
