i've been an independent since Trump's first term. I've tried to keep an open mind but today i've come to the realization that the Democrat party is full of evil mentally ill people and the party is hopeless. Tomorrow I'll be rejoining the Republican party as well.

Let me ask a simple question: When someone uses fraud to take your property, why is it treated like a normal tenant dispute? This system doesn’t protect honest people. It punishes them. NYC talks about a “housing crisis.” But who would rent out their property under these conditions? This is not just my story. This is happening to small landlords across New York. And nobody is fixing it.

@blackout_abe @KTLA When we lived in California we could barely afford our apartment. 2 years after we left for Texas, we were able to buy a 2000+ sqft 4br house, have 3 paid off cars, eat out and go on vacations regularly while putting money away for retirement.
