@OptimumHelp #Optimum recieved a message my tech was "on his way" at 1:30pm. It's now 4:48pm, so that was not true. Online chat agent kept having me wait 2 minutes. Then she told me in 5 rapid fire texts that i should call a phone number and byebye. Not a good way to start.

Unacceptable from @optimum and @TMobile for not notifying customers that there was an outage since 7pm. Credits should be given to those affected especially in the Ironbound section of Newark, New Jersey! Ridiculous!
