@OptimumHelp needs to get @NY1 and @MLBNetwork back on its lineups. It was cool when I was 17-18, but @News12 isn't enough for local news. Also, some ppl get certain plan tiers just to get MLB Network.

@OptimumHelp #Optimum recieved a message my tech was "on his way" at 1:30pm. It's now 4:48pm, so that was not true. Online chat agent kept having me wait 2 minutes. Then she told me in 5 rapid fire texts that i should call a phone number and byebye. Not a good way to start.

@optimum @OptimumHelp Customer for 21 yrs chatting with customer service. ask for January thru March 2025 bills. They tell me it'll cost $1.50 and take 11-12 business days. When I complain they give me the phone number to cancel my service. UNREAL!!!!!

Unacceptable from @optimum and @TMobile for not notifying customers that there was an outage since 7pm. Credits should be given to those affected especially in the Ironbound section of Newark, New Jersey! Ridiculous!
