THIS $10 POST RAISED $100K AND THE ENTIRE THING WITH WAS GENERATED WITH AI a founder had an idea sitting on Kickstarter, stagnating for about 15 days. then one post changed everything: > made a single post on X with a $10 boost > reached 5M+ people > childhood heroes engaging in the replies (Elon, Marc Andreessen, and more) > raised $100k+ $10. one post. no other platform comes close. here's the part most people missed: you can re-create the entire thing with @AgentOpusAI in one shot. > feed it the original viral post as a reference > ask it to one-shot your own version, same structure, our story > it'll match the pacing and rhythm beat for beat > write everything in our voice instead of copying the original > spit out a finished cut, ready to post this used to be a full afternoon of work. storyboard, script, edit, time the captions, redo the captions. now it's one prompt and a reference link. the moat on "make it look effortless" content just collapsed. anyone with a reference they like can have the same thing in their own voice by end of day. Comment "ONESHOT" below and I'll send a tutorial on how to create a video like this:

The four best brand identities in tech right now, as seen through their OG images: - @clay - @posthog - @fal - @cohere Honorable mention: @NousResearch My criteria: - Original/refreshing: "How did they think of that?" - Recognizable: Don't need the wordmark to know it's them - Consistent: Works at scale across web and IRL, not just a one-off art piece that looks good - Aligned: Fits the vibe of the product and company

Two years ago I became obsessed with making AI videos. No filmmaking experience. Just a genuine love for the craft. My only real goal has been to make the best videos I possibly can. Last week, this spec ad I made for @Redfin was nominated for AI Commercial of the Year at the @generatedawards. The category included work from @Google, @kfc, and @runwayml (congrats @jforozcop for the win) Still not exactly sure what the Generated Awards are, but it feels pretty good. Really gratifying to follow your gut and actually see progress. Onto the next one.

everyone's sleeping on how absurdly good 2026 is to start a company (even compared to 2024) one person can now: - ship full apps without engineers (cursor, replit) - design without being a designer (v0, Claude Design) - turn one video into 10 clips (opus, descript) - push those clips to millions (X, Linkedin, TikTok) - replace a support team (chatbase, intercom) - literally watch exactly what their users do (Posthog) - find + target perfect leads on autopilot (origami) This is such a rare window. I just can’t imagine it being this easy ever again

This political influencer just hit 5M+ views on Instagram using AI-generated content. Six months ago they were lucky to break 500 on a reel. Same niche, same ideas, same posting schedule, just completely invisible on the algorithm. For months they were doing the classic creator thing: - Talking head videos - Green screen backgrounds - Decent production A few hundred views on a good week, basically nothing on a bad one. Then they switched to AI-generated content and the numbers just... flipped. Same political commentary, same takes, but produced entirely differently (literally millions of views on content that would've died at 300 before). The ideas didn't change, the niche didn't change. They just found a format that was actually trending and the algorithm started doing the work for them. Comment "BREAKDOWN" below and I'll send you the full case study.

I love hearing the “origin stories” of world class talent. Sometimes it originates from passion shown from a young age, or a high risk career pivot after starting in a different field. In the case of @alecwilcock, it’s a bit of both. Here’s how he became a top 0.1% video marketer

Building apps has never been easier. With Sites, Codex can turn your work, ideas, and plans into an interactive website or app your team can explore, use, and share with a URL. Rolling out to Business and Enterprise plans, before expanding more broadly.

Don’t think anyone has seen such radical founder-led marketing to this extent, for a company this size, in at least one or two decades. Saylor is truly 1 of 1. Case study unfolding in realtime (whether good or bad, still remains to be seen)

@kanekallaway Agree. If Meta, Google etc applied just a little more effort in enabling an actual economy to emerge around these things, like how you’re describing, it would also help massively with public sentiment around AI. Would be a win win.

It'd be nice if YouTube paid original creators a fee whenever anyone one click copied/exported their entire catalog with Notebook LLM. Can't stop the cloning on the titles/thumbnails/scripts but the straight "export catalog" is pretty insane to me. The amount of messages I've gotten from people bragging about how they've "cloned my channel and use it for their own content" is shocking. I've even had a kid try to sell me access to a Kallaway AI he built off my own catalog lol. In the future, being an original creator loses its incentive when the IP moats erode to zero instantaneously. The only people that can defend this are the platforms themselves. Interesting that they are able to programmatically protect musicians (via copyright) but unable to throttle this @nealmohan

TLDR: Start with a generalist. Scale with editors. And in the end, aim for a combo of creators, editors, and one ops person who makes it all fire on all cylinders.

Every startup wants to do video in-house (*cough*, I mean, “storytelling”). But almost nobody knows how to start or build the optimal team for it. @alecwilcock (@ElevenLabs) has done it... Multiple times. Here's his ideal video team that achieves fast liftoff AND can scale 🧵👇
