Curious case of traffic violation 😳 A Young boy in Sulya near Kudla was fined Rs/- 3000 for repeated traffic violations & do traffic community service for 15 days by the court. Boy holding a placard of traffic awareness picture went viral in local Sulya. Boy couldn't resist it, thinking it was humiliation for him, attempted suicide and is now in the ICU. Who's at fault?
