Google basically just missed one wave - social and hit almost all of the rest bang on. With ai and Waymo I think it has a decent shot at being the worlds first 10 trillion dollar company.

$GOOGL chart is what happens when a search monopoly keeps reinvesting into new profit pools instead of standing still. Search funded the empire, YouTube expanded attention, Android protected distribution, Cloud built enterprise relevance and AI is now the next layer of the compounding story.

I spoke with @MarketJane at the @NYSE about the last few weeks at Roadzen, where we have announced a series of important wins across markets. Highlights here: — Two top-10 global OEMs in the UK and Europe are working with Roadzen to build embedded insurance programs, representing over $20 million in annual premiums. — Several new UK commercial contracts, representing approximately $2.5 million in projected annual revenue. — A major @vehiclecare1 claims mandate, expected to generate over $10 million in annual revenue. — A $2.5 million @drivebuddyAI fleet safety contract covering 3,000 heavy-duty trucks, with expansion potential to 10,000 vehicles. — A US commercial auto insurance capacity commitment, with $30 million in Year 1 capacity, backed by over $50 million in producer demand, for bringing AI to risk management and road safety for commercial fleets. Our focus is singular: to build the leading company at the intersection of AI, insurance, and mobility, and to do it at global scale. $RDZN

VehicleCare: Integrated into Roadzen’s claims stack. 1,200 workshops. Claim to delivery in 48 hours. My own experience with @openclaw - and the way it’s gone viral in China—tells me we are dramatically underestimating the compute required for the agent era. Everyone focuses on GPUs. That’s only one layer. The real constraint will be the entire stack: power, HBM memory, advanced packaging, networking, CPUs, cooling, land, permitting. With long-horizon agents, AI stops being something you prompt occasionally and becomes always-on infrastructure for intelligence. As every person and company runs multiple agents continuously, inference demand will explode by orders of magnitude—and it won’t just be Big Tech or model builders. This will be distributed global demand from individuals, startups, enterprises, cars, robotics, and embedded systems. We are about to witness the largest industrial buildout of compute and energy infrastructure the world has ever seen. Outside of Big Tech, I’m not sure people are fully prepared for it.

For years, I've been sad that we couldn't figure out Indian food in New York. London had it down - why couldn't we get our act together? Well, I'm thrilled to report we are now going through an Indian food renaissance. There are three elite players: -Ambassador's Clubhouse -Musaafer -Bungalow Honorable mention to Tera Mera in Cobble Hill which has captured my heart. If you're thinking "What about Unapologetic Foods (Dhamaka, Semma, etc.)?" - no! Too spicy, too oily. London, we're coming for you!!

The UK wasn’t our easiest market over the last couple of years, but our team @roadzeninc stayed persistent and is now generating real momentum across multiple deals. Our announcement of 9 new commercial contracts representing ~$2.5M in projected annual revenue, in addition to the 2 major global carmaker wins in Europe we announced over the last 2 quarters, is a strong sign that momentum is returning and that both the market opportunity and depth of our technology remain unmatched. $RDZN

Plenty of my Meta friends told me folks have been building bots that just run in a loop burning tokens as fast as they can due to this policy. It's an absolutely stupid policy and is similar to how Meta uses LoC to measure eng output. Managers are supposed to use it as a proxy and dig in to understand work complexity, but plenty of managers are lazy and just don't.
Cristina Cordova@cjc

Ranking engineers by token spend is like me ranking my marketing team by who spent the most money. We may not have hit our KPIs, but Joe spent $200k on a branded blimp that only flies over his own house, so he’s getting promoted to VP! Don't mistake a high burn rate for a high success rate.

Not hyperbole. We’ve been focused on building the ai infrastructure for insurance long before ai was the hype. Tomorrow we start FY 2027 and it will be an amazing year!

I saw this great map by @sequoia looking at the AI services opportunity. Insurance brokerage + claims adjusting: $250B - the largest category on the map. imo no other company has built the scale (licenses across 14 countries as a broker, processing 3 million auto claims annually), data (3b miles on road safety data), and AI infrastructure layer in this space the way @roadzeninc has. We are going to lead the way. $RDZN

Quoted from the report: “Insurance brokerage ($140-200B). The largest dollar market on this list. Standard commercial lines are highly standardised: the broker’s value-add is essentially shopping across carriers and filling forms, pure intelligence work. The distribution layer is incredibly fragmented, tens of thousands of small brokers each running the same process, so no single incumbent controls the customer relationship.” sequoiacap.com/article/servic…

2 product tips for @claudeai based on my usage and our teams experience: 1. collaborative workspaces — let users invite specific people (not the full org) into a shared chat, like Dropbox shared folders. They can see each other's prompts, comment, cross-question. 2. Context suppression toggle — like incognito mode for browsers ie answer as if you know nothing about me. Per-query or per-session override that suppresses existing memory and context entirely.
