@ForgedInCode I've no idea, grok suggests some of the valves need to be reversible for two-way.
Presumably replacing valves would require represurrising the coolant. So perhaps not as trivial as planned.
Though what's to stop it being built for two way, but with a single direction pump?

@robadob @AmeliaERWood Btw, London Fire Brigade has now updated guidance that different types of extinguishers are not allowed to avoid issues . They want generic ones fitted.
So now, there will be thousands of unused fire extinguishers in HMOs across London that need to be removed. Such a joke.

@LysanderS__ @AmeliaERWood Regulation could go further. Tenants could be required to do mandatory annual training to ensure they know how to use the fire extinguishers safely and on the correct types of fire! Same as employees under Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

My complaint is that "Haul" is sending out unnecessarily frequent spam, and is presumably under the umbrella of a much larger category for purposes of marketing granularity. @tomhfh This was more intended as "you call those steps", than me expressing a strong opinion regarding steps to front door being legislated against.
It seems fair to assume, extreme examples such as this are reflected in property value as they're suitable for less potential buyers.
