NEWS JB Pritzker getting heavily criticized for botching it and likely losing the Chicago Bears to Indiana, a black mark on his record if it occurs. The state could lose $400M-600M yearly in revs and economic activity. Illinois lawmakers have been dragging their feet on a bill that would give the Bears tax certainty or other incentives (like property tax freezes or infrastructure commitments) for a proposed stadium in Arlington Heights. Team leadership has said that the project isn’t being treated as a priority in Springfield under Pritzker. The Indiana legislature recently passed a bill (Senate Bill 27) creating a stadium authority that could issue bonds, acquire land, and essentially facilitate building an NFL stadium near Wolf Lake in Hammond — something Illinois hasn’t done under JB Pritzker. The Bears themselves called this Indiana legislation “the most meaningful step forward” in their stadium planning so far, which signals serious interest in the Indiana option. This is what happened after 50/50 child custody laws were passed: divorce rates went down. this is proof that men are not the ones abandoning their children. The law did not prevent women from co-parenting or divorcing their partners…it only established shared parenting. After that, divorce rates decreased. From this perspective women are using the kids to leave their marriages and then go become single parents, while blaming men for abandoning their kids.

Black History Month Hoax Day 1: The Invincible Tuskegee Airmen In 2011, Tuskegee University published a paper that conceded much of what children were taught in school about Black WWII airmen has been a hoax. web.archive.org/web/2015021308… The first mission assigned to Black pilots was to strafe Axis fighters on a tiny Italian island. Their performance was considered poor because the Black squadron fled from Axis planes, while members of two White squadrons engaged. There was a congressional hearing on whether or not to disband the project. However, activist members of US congress protected the project. They believed that the pilots would serve as role models for Black Americans. However, for the duration of the war, the Black pilots continued the same pattern. They would rarely engage or pursue enemy aircraft. When you compare the records of fighter groups flying the advanced P-51 planes in the 15th Air Force, we see that White fighter groups scored 2.26 victories for every plane lost. This is 3.5 times the rate of the Black fighter group. In other words, White pilots flying the same planes and the same missions were 350% more effective. Think of this as an investment. Every dollar invested in the Black pilots yields $.66, while every dollar invested in the white pilots yields $2.26. There were three Black pilots who were awarded for having four.
