@SweetToothAudio This shits why the subtle stuff went over my head til I was like 25. I just thought they were looking at me cause I look weird and the ones who talked to me didn’t think I looked weird so they were the ones who I dated
I’ve never actively sought out a relationship. Basically what happens is every so often a girl that’s pretty enough appears out of thin air and just tells me that we’re dating and I don’t put up a fight
@patrickOwrites@VerminusM I just wish he could have a single moment of lucidity where he genuinely sees what’s happening from a perspective outside of his own. But empathy is clearly not necessary when you’re chosen by God.
Right Uri?
Why is everyone losing their mind about Israel voting on the death penalty for terrorism? Nearly everyone in the region has the death penalty for terrorism, including the Palestinians. Once again, we see the world has one set of rules for Israel and another for everyone else.
@VerminusM He won’t answer it. Because he defines terrorism as something only Arabs do.
You sit at home super proud of your engagement on an account where you’re still too much of a pussy to say what you really think.
Pathetic waste of bandwidth.
@AposematicHate@Brilliand__@CostelloWilliam You can fire a shitty client and nothing changes cause you’re not dependent on just one of them. Leaving a job is way harder.
Different strokes, but all work is valid. Can’t knock anyone getting it however they can
@JoshRainerGold They used to have the equivalent of ICE detention centres for Japanese people. 80,000 US citizens in camps. You’re living in a different era, governments still rounding up whichever flavour they choose to find offensive today
The same street, 70 years apart. Hale Road, Walton, Liverpool. It looked immaculate in the 1950s compared to today. Why did people stop caring about their communities?
@Valhallash@bo66ie29 Those patchy tarmac jobs alone can make a street look worse than it is.
Had a look on Google and the rest of the houses on the street are really nicely maintained so it looks like a bit of a cherrypicked example. The roads are still shit though
@sloffing@bo66ie29 I agree- aged and it’s the government who manages those pavements and roads, not the community, even though they’ve been paying more for the maintenance of them.
@_wd_o@bo66ie29 Firstly. These are the demographics of Walton in Liverpool.
If this was an immigrant area, nothing I said changes cause I wasn’t looking at this as a criticism of the residents, purely what could be done to tidy this up.
Not sure why this got you so wound up.
@sloffing@bo66ie29 Also, the unkept front gardens further back up this point, it wouldn’t take much to maintain this and make the street look a whole lot nicer but it’s not in their interest to do this, nor their culture, so it never happens
