🚨🚨🚨HB26-1289 includes 25 separate changes to the tax code, resulting in a $42.36 million revenue increase that will largely be borne by businesses and investors. Starting a business may not be for everybody. Most people just don’t and won’t have the skill sets or tolerances. However, you should do everything in your power to own as much equity as possible. Even as an employee.

I opened an automotive shop at 50 (planned retirement was 55, but they fired me at 52 - after 22 years - for refusing the covid vax).

Buy pre-1996 trucks: carbureted, mechanical everything, zero ECUs or telematics. No remote kill switches, no driver monitoring, no "infrastructure" control. True ownership. Fuel injection is convenient but it's the computer gateway they exploit. Old school wins.

Why is it I can rent a house on airBNB, roll in and occupy without any in-person. human interaction, but checking into hotels takes 8 fucking hours. It’s 2026 people, get with the program. Talking to you @Marriott @HiltonHotels @ChoiceHotels and every other hotel operator. It is truly a terrible customer service experience every single time.
