This is INSANE!! This guy defended his girlfriend from a Somali who was trying to sexually assault her. The Somali stabbed him, and he tried to defend himself, ending up in the hospital. Scottish justice pursued him with assault charges and convicted him, ruining his criminal record, while the Somali was free and didn’t even show up. They’re bringing savage animals with animal instincts into civilized societies. This is unsustainable.

🚨 A man charged with attempted murder & attempted rape was back on Florida streets in 48 hours. A judge let him go. Nobody was held accountable. This is why I built CourtWatch. 🚨 Honest post: I launched CourtWatch 8 days ago. The data had errors. That's on me — and I spent the past week fixing every record. But here's what I learned that every Floridian (and soon to be every citizen in America) deserves to know: In October 2025, Jacoby Tillman — charged with attempted murder and attempted sexual battery of a jogger on the Little Econ Greenway Trail in Orange County — was arrested, then released in just TWO DAYS on a $9,500 bond. The judge acknowledged his record was "atrocious." She released him anyway. The State Attorney's own office said publicly: "Our office felt that the release of the defendant was not appropriate, and he presents a danger to our community. We argued this point to the Judge... Ultimately the Judge, in her authority, made the decision." — State Attorney Monique Worrell Orange County Sheriff John Mina said: "This is atrocious. He should have never been released." Even the people whose job it is to keep criminals off the streets were overruled — and there was nothing they could do. Now here's the part that should make you angry: Florida's Citizens' Right to Know Act (FSS 907.043) requires pretrial release programs to publicly disclose defendant names, charges, and case numbers. That's a good law. But it has a gap — it NEVER requires the name of the judge who authorized the release to be made public. The court's own public portal only shows who is currently assigned to the case. Not who let them go. There is no public record connecting a pretrial release decision to the judge who made it. The data exists. The accountability doesn't. 🚨One sentence added to FSS 907.043 fixes this: "The name of the judge who authorized pretrial release shall be included in the public register required under this section."🚨 That's it. One line. Then Floridians can see exactly which judges are releasing violent suspects — and vote accordingly. 470 cases. 18 judges. 1 county. 2024. All verified. All public. 😔 So incredibly sad… Rest in peace, Melika Azizi (2008 - 2026). This brave 18-year-old from Masal, Iran, was executed by the Islamic Regime on Nowruz — a time meant for renewal and celebration — under the charge of “Moharebeh” (enmity against God). Her “crime”? Participating in protests and allegedly burning regime symbols during the January 2026 demonstrations. She was violently arrested, reportedly beaten, and faced a system that silences young voices with death. In court, she refused to stay silent, boldly telling the judge she couldn’t ignore the bloodshed of so many others. A young life full of potential, stolen away. This is heartbreaking. We must remember her name. The world needs to see the cruelty of this regime.
