Fence Sitting. I think at the very least a punishment hearing should be conducted by Congress. If the Congressman is convicted of sexual offenses, he/she must be allowed to show the materiality of seriousness of the offense, whether money changed hands, whether there was a pattern with the accuser and the accused, etc. Then throw them out of office, but maybe not seize all or part of their pensions.
