@MattKingNorth Sorry Matt, can’t agree with you there The Consortium closed it down because it was outdated, not profitable with price hikes and needed an upgrade that would cost 10’s of $ Billions The idiots in the photo only agreed because it suited their agenda

This NZ Labour cabinet were responsible for the single biggest act of economic sabotage in our lifetime allowing the shutdown of the Marsden Point oil refinery.

@MattKingNorth wrong, the legal owners shutdown an uneconomic refinery. If you want state control dictating daily life there are many flights daily to the Peoples Republic.

@MattKingNorth You reek of desperation. Clearly you’ve got no confidence in your government managing its way through this energy crisis so you resort to the same fucking tired trope - blame Labour for something they’re not responsible for. How boring and embarrassing. Bring on November.

@HalfLapJoint @MattKingNorth Middle East point being imported crude equalled approximately50 ships per year and refined products closer to 200 ships per year. With no ability with the later to recover important by production of things like asphalt and Co2 . We have our own crude here btw

@KiwiRodney @MattKingNorth You realise the government was a 50% shareholder in one of the companies that decided to shut the refinery and Megan woods wrote a. Cabinet paper thoroughly recommending the shutdown of the refinery, sort puts your ridiculous statement in context

Hi @GenFlynn, Why are you promoting the CCP? How can you say CCP propaganda is insightful? You are literally promoting the CCP while you call yourself a US General. Tucker Carlson’s @TuckerCarlson latest podcast guest is a CCP supporter larping as a professor to sow dissent online for the purpose of attacking President Trump and destroying the MAGA movement for China. I have discovered that “Professor” @xueqinjiang’s writings are published in official publications of the Chinese Communist Party. He is also the Deputy Principal of a Communist high school in Beijing, China. As you can see below, Jiang Xueqin’s articles are published in China Youth Daily. China Youth Daily is a state-controlled newspaper in China and the official daily voice of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC). Established in 1951, it acts as a primary media outlet targeting young professionals, promoting Communist Party of China (CCP) ideology while covering news on education, economics, and society.  The Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) also known as the Young Communist League of China or the Communist Youth League, is an organization of the People's Republic of China for youth between the ages of 14 and 28, run by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Additionally, Jiang Xueqin is listed as the Deputy Principal at Tsinghua University High School, which forces compliance with Xi JinPing’s communist teachings and openly promotes the CCP and CCP membership on their website. See screenshots below 👇🏻 This is what you’re calling “powerful and insightful”? Are you serious? Why are you continuing to amplify anti-Trump, CCP propaganda on a daily basis? Not to mention, you are a senior Advisor to Catholics for Catholics which just hosted a gala of anti-Trump conspiracy theorists and advocates of Islamic jihad. You claim to be anti-Islam, but Catholics for Catholics just hosted a bunch of pro-Hamas influencers and Islamic apologists. Why are you promoting America’s enemies? Don’t get me started on your belligerent son either who runs around badmouthing Trump and spewing anti-Semitic drivel all day long. You go out of your way to protect him no matter how depraved his comments are. You wonder why Trump keeps you at a distance. This is why. Your support of this anti-American activity and subversion is indefensible. I have watched you from a distance for a while now and this crosses a line. You need to really think about what you represent. It certainly is no longer America. RECEIPTS 👇🏻

ACT New Zealand
ACT New Zealand@actparty·
𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗔𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 ACT Leader David Seymour says the final report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry delivers the balanced account Labour tried to cover up. “At the height of their arrogance, Labour commissioned an inquiry into their own performance, on their own terms. Just like their response to COVID, the original terms of reference ignored the impacts of their COVID response on every other aspect of life," says Mr Seymour. “Most, if not all of ACT’s COVID-era critiques are borne out in the report. The COVID response doubled Government debt, locked us down too long, divided the country, broke the law, failed to use technology, and went overboard with vaccine mandates. “In 2020, New Zealanders accepted extraordinary restrictions in the face of genuine uncertainty. They trusted the Government and made enormous sacrifices. Instead, Labour took a necessary emergency response and turned it into a political project built on control, spending, and overreach. “Labour got carried away. They got carried away with spending, they got carried away with locking down, and they got carried away with not following advice. The report is a warning for all future governments of how destructive a government can be when it loses sight of what matters most to citizens. “Kiwis paid the price in high inflation, weakened social cohesion, lost education opportunities, and in some tragic cases with their lives. “This new report goes beyond the narrow, self-protective inquiry Labour originally wanted. That was never good enough and ACT pushed for broader scrutiny, this report vindicates those concerns. New Zealanders deserved an honest assessment of not just whether the Government’s response was effective, but whether it was proportionate and cost-effective. “This report shows it wasn’t just ACT warning the Government that Auckland was locked down too long, or that wasteful spending was out of control, or that vaccine mandates were unnecessary. Officials had the same concerns and were ignored by Labour as well.  “Treasury said from the start that COVID spending should be timely, temporary, and targeted. Instead, Labour set up a $60 billion fund spread across 821 programmes, with around half unrelated to the pandemic. “That spending drove inflation, pushed up house prices, and left New Zealand more exposed to future shocks. Families are still living with the consequences. “This report shows why we can’t trust this Labour Party to lead the country. The same ministers who ignored advice and made disastrous decisions are now asking for votes amid an economy that is only just starting to recover from their decisions.   “Kiwis were constantly told the Government was following the science. But this report shows ministers were willing to go beyond advice whenever it suited them. Whether it was enforcing further lockdowns or maintaining a two-dose vaccine mandate for 12 to 17-year-olds despite advice against it because of myocarditis risks. “We owe it to the people who missed funerals, births, weddings, school, work, medical care, and time with loved ones to tell the truth about that now.  “Most importantly we owe it to them to learn from this report and never make the same mistakes again. New Zealand must never again have a government that gets carried away with people’s freedoms, their money, and their lives.”

David Seymour, Sep 30, 2021: Why I Got Vaccinated, for the NZ Herald's 90% Project: "Hundreds of millions of people have had this vaccine. It reduces transmission. It reduces hospitalisation. It reduces death from COVID-19. Those are the facts." Dr. Charles Hoffe, May 3, 2023: Citing the Cleveland Clinic study published on April 19, 2023: "The Covid vaccine is an anti-vaccine. It increases your chance of getting Covid. It increases your chance of spreading Covid. And it damages your immune system to such a degree that you have a higher risk of hospitalisation and death." @actparty @dbseymour

⚠️ Should doctors be required to affirm contested political beliefs to keep their licence? The Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) is consulting on new draft statements on cultural competence, cultural safety, and hauora Māori - and we have serious concerns. We believe these statements would compel doctors to endorse highly contested political views, creating a chilling effect on those who think differently. That's a free speech issue - and it affects every New Zealander who relies on a doctor to speak honestly. 🗣️ We're calling on our supporters to make a submission before the deadline. Visit our website to find out exactly what's at stake and how to make your voice heard. 🔗 Link in the replies.

Everyone who knows President Trump, members of Congress who have communication with, and anyone who works for him needs to show this to him ASAP. We are so close to Tucker Carlson being over. Trump was right to call him “Kooky”. Tucker is a cancer & it’s time to ostracize him.

The State of the Union tomorrow is a great opportunity for President Trump to denounce Tucker Carlson and banish him from MAGA. Trump could turn around and look VP JD Vance @JDVance and Speaker Johnson @SpeakerJohnson in the eyes on national television and say “Jew hate is brain rot. Tucker Carlson is a vicious antisemite and will never be allowed in the White House again.”
