Anyone using the YUH Payment card in China on Alipay and Wechat APPs? Those apps declined payments because of a daily transaction limit, but there are no such limits set in Yuh account and support told me I'll be fine... Kinda problematic 4 travelers @yuh_app @yuhapp_support

@yuhapp_support Jubilate! @Swissquote hat es geschafft ihre @YUH_APP funktionsfähig zu machen. Ich habe die neue Software installiert & kann nun erstmals sei anfang Februar einloggen. Bisher nur Worte "Fall hat höchste Priorität".

@yuhapp_support Hello Yuh, My account has been blocked for a week. I call every day, but my account is still blocked. I can't pay by card, make transfers, and all my direct debits are being declined. What do I need to do to get you to take action?

@yuhapp_support ich kann seit mehreren Tagen kein Geld auf ein anderes Yuh Konto überweisen. Es kommt folgende Fehlermeldung: "Error : Technical error – an internal transfer is not possible for the moment." Ist euch das bewusst und in Arbeit?

@yuhapp_support Happens with several charts the past few days. Especially the cryptos, normal share seems not be affected. While fixing it, please extend the daily base value for cryptos to meet the numbers of digits in which it is usually traded (from the example extend it to 3 digits). Thanks!

@yuhapp_support 3 weeks, no answer from customer support, no reaction on email, funds are locked in the account and nooneknows why - worst customer experience ever

@yuhapp_support for almost 2 weeks my card is blocked, external transfers does not work, your phone support does not have an answer and provides generic replies without telling the reason… So far customer experience is as bad as with big old school banks client number 2263555
