@jnoley @O2 I left 02 ( ended the airtime contract and now pay o2 £10 to pay off the handset). Shopped around and got a great ( and massive saving) on @LebaraMobileUK with a SIM only deal .Honestly worth looking at !

Amazing how my phone bill can be £10 more a month now that it was when I SIGNED A CONTRACT. @O2

@nsandi why is it so difficult to transfer my sons account to his own ? He's 16 now and has no credit rating because of his age . Multiple telephone calls and letters and still impossible to setup!

So after nearly 16yrs with @EE it's time to leave. My sim only plan jumped to £18-50. A new deal at £11 +£2-50 increase coming soon and another in 2027. There's no loyalty in anything in the UK these days

@O2 1/2 hour wait to connect to live chat and then 1/2 hour in and the agent I'm speaking with is taking 10 minutes to reply to each of my basic answers/questions! It's painful . I really dont think they should.be chatting with more than 1 person at a time!
