@eagle_patriot21 That isn't what happened at all. An Indian man pretending to be the IRS tried to scam her out of $700,000 (her life savings) by having her buy gold coins for him but the coin dealer called the police and the police gave the scammer fake gold coins (chocolates) and arrested him.

This is a far bigger scandal than folks realize. The IURC allowed Duke to raise rates by $295 million. Duke asked IURC to reconsider and approve a $385 million increase. The IURC denied Duke's request. Duke then ignored the Commission and raised rates $385 million anyway!
