
@JasonFitz1 Goal #1: Get fast at 400/800/Mile. Fast is fast and speed translates to all distances. Speed work is also where I am more injury prone, so I would use the coach to get me fast while (hopefully) keeping me healthy.

Be careful with Ashwagandha - it’s basically an SSRI. Especially the KSM-66 form. It acts like a depressant: – Blunts cortisol: lowers alertness & energy – Raises serotonin & GABA: dulls motivation & emotional range – Can suppress DHT & dopamine: reduces libido & drive



For the record: He’ll never have an iPad if we are out to dinner. It’s a “we’re on an airplane and you get to watch a movie” situation.
