We make the assumption Manchester City will beat all Arsenal, Chelsea and Palace (as for their to be a race in the first place, we have to assume this). — +1 GD from their game in hand (Palace) would put them at 33 GD. — +1 GD from their 2nd game in hand (Chelsea) would put them at 34 GD. — +1 GD from the Arsenal game would put City at 35 GD.— Arsenal would lose -1GD, putting them at 37GD. Will come down to the wire. Ideally need to beat Arsenal by a similar margin they did in the cup.

The most obvious mistake book Ned did was not to send Loras Tyrell after the Mountain when the Mountain had pillage and killed in the Riverlands. As the villagers petitioned Ned in the throne room and they figured out that it was Gregor Clegane who was the brigand burning the villages Loras Tyrell, still pissed over being humiliated by Clegane in the tourney, stepped forward and demanded that he would be the one to hunt down Clegane. Ned denied this request and instead he sent Beric Dondarrion to gather 100 men and capture or kill the Mountain, pissing off Loras Tyrell in the process. When Loras asked why Ned denies his request Ned just mumbles something about how Loras wants revenge but Beric Dondarrion will bring justice. All the while Littlefinger sits beside him screaming internally and later confronts Ned and calls him an idiot. Sending Loras Tyrell would have been a win-win situation. Either Loras would have served Cleganes head on a platter or if he was killed Mace Tyrell would have marched north with an army and declared war on the Lannisters if they didn't hand Clegane over. Instead he got Zombie Robin Hood Dondarrion and his merry men raiding Lannister logistics line.

In the 7th minute of today's North London Derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, referee Peter Bankes stopped the game. Not for an injury nor for a VAR check. But for a technical reason. I know you might have been wondering why. Just after Arsenal's Viktor Gyökeres fired a shot wide, play was suspended due to a communication equipment failure. Specifically, an issue with one assistant referee's microphone pack on the far side. This prevented reliable radio contact between the officials, which is essential for coordinating decisions like offsides, fouls, and VAR input. The stoppage lasted about 5 to 6 minutes while technicians replaced the faulty device on the sidelines. Gary Neville on commentary called it an "absolute shambles" and "absolute joke," frustrated at the disruption in such a big, intense match, especially as Arsenal were dominating early. But here is the thing. Under IFAB Laws of the Game which the English FA uses, (Law 5, The Referee), the ref has full authority to suspend play for outside interference or anything compromising match control or safety. A comms malfunction qualifies as this- something that can compromise match control. It is similar to examples like inadequate floodlights or interfering objects on the pitch. This is because the referee needs to ensure proper officiating before resuming. Play restarted smoothly after the fix. There were no injuries or other drama. It was just a rare tech glitch in the ref's gear. So in case you didn't know why the pause happened and if there is a legal basis for it, there is your reason.
