Coach Amir Ghalenoei says the team was ordered to leave the U.S. but did not say why or who ordered them to leave earlier than planned. The World Cup soccer announcer in the Turkey vs Australia game just said “you can’t win a game early but you can lose a game early.” How the hell does that make any sense? If you lose a game early, by default, that means that the other team won the game early. I have a very strong hatred for all of the stupid cliche phrases like this that get repeated non-stop and are just absolute, complete bullshit.
