@debsylee @NHSEngland No longer on the NHS I’m afraid, my 92 year old mum was given ear drops for weeks, when she had all but lost her hearing, we went to a private practitioner at a cost of £69. All better now … 😵‍💫

@JoBrowningWroe When mum was ill, she’s 93, I was asked to ‘change the bed’, she had flannelette sheets, top and bottom, 3 Whitney blankets and a thick duvet on top. She thought the duvet was the equivalent of a candlewick bedspread, slept like that for 3 decades! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Question for those old enough to remember the arrival of duvets - did you used to call them continental quilts? Thanks.

Dear @bbc, I’ve just applied for my mum’s TV licence, she’s 91 and it’s used up almost a full weeks pension. My dad, to whom she was married for 70 years, had a small occupational pension so she just misses out on pension credit. She can’t watch TV for more than an hour due to 1/

@easyjet 3 weeks ago I amended a flight, used web as suggested, your system doesn’t transfer the supplementary bookings, ie priority with seats, 2x luggage etc, was told (after more than an hour wait) that it was a glitch, just amended another, same glitch it seems, DM pls 😡😡😡
