Having trouble with @amazon @AmazonHelp. They locked my elderly father’s account because he disputed a fraudulent charge. As far as I can tell, the only choice we have is to pay the fraudulent amount to them. That might be down to my father having trouble talking to them on phone

So, I can't change a delivery address for @UPS delivery online for unknown reason. No way to speak to a human being, no chat, just crappy AI. No solutions, no service, no delivery. Guess who I won't be using for Christmas packages.
