Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, @jagograhakjago @ashwiniVaishnaw My Airtel Xstream Fiber connection was installed on 2 April and cancelled on 6 April due to extremely poor service. I was promised a refund by the engineer, sales representative, and customer care. Almost 2 months have passed, but my ₹1500 refund is still pending. I filed a consumer grievance on 16 May 2026 (Grievance No. 9324969). Even after 20+ days, the complaint status is still showing "In Process" with no resolution, no update, and no refund. I have already shared all proofs, payment receipts, cancellation details, and screenshots. How much longer am I expected to wait for my own money?
