‼️CONFIRMED: Erika Kirk Has A New BOYFRIEND — She Was SPOTTED Getting Handsy with New Jewish Boyfriend BLAKE WYNN (Nephew of Casino Mogul Steve Wynn) at Exclusive Beverly Hills Hotel 👀 I have now confirmed through 2 separate sources that Erika Kirk has already moved on — and fast. A trusted eyewitness who knows the Beverly Hills Hotel scene personally saw Erika on Thursday evening May 14th at the ultra-exclusive, invite-only Bar 1912 getting very intimate with Blake Wynn. They were hugging, kissing, and the witness says he had his hand on her ass. She goes on to say Erika was also heavily intoxicated — this from the same woman who claims to be a devout trad Christian who doesn’t drink. The source also saw them shopping together earlier that day at Neiman Marcus. Even more damning? A quick search turns up nearly a dozen photos of Erika and Blake together at multiple events over time. They weren’t strangers. This looks like a relationship that was already happening. Erika has a well-documented history of using men as a social ladder. Now, with Charlie’s body barely cold, she’s allegedly living it up in elite circles with her new beau while pretending to be the grieving widow on TV. The mask isn’t just slipping, it’s now completely off. Huge thanks to @godfatherofchao for connecting me with her. Everyone FOLLOW him and RT this everywhere — JUSTICE FOR CHARLIE. 🔥🇺🇸 ⚠️My channel is under coordinated attack to bankrupt and silence me to STOP my investigation into the Charlie Kirk assassination. If you believe in independent journalism and want the truth to keep coming, your support right now is everything.💪 🔗 spot.fund/3b3k3sc **Voice digitally altered with Ai to protect witnesses identity. @ZelSnea Correct, a jury in a civil trial believed the preponderance of the evidence they were presented with showed that Trump sexually abused her.

@RandPaul The ONLY way your “Amendment” truly makes a difference in America is if the Amendment voids previous violations of the 14th amendment being taken out of context to allow millions to be falsely granted citizenship because their parents broke the law…

Citizenship should mean something. Legal immigration is the backbone of this country, but our open borders have been exploited for too long. The 14th Amendment was never intended to grant automatic citizenship to the children of illegal immigrants. My amendment fixes that, ensuring only children of legal residents receive automatic citizenship and protecting U.S. citizenship from abuse if the Supreme Court fails to act.

@Vote4Dick2028 @TacoforFive1 Look up civil court and then Criminal and look up why the burden of evidence is basically nothing in Civil court. Come back more educated and realize you were talking Utter non-sense. This E Jean Carroll case is on appeal as well so it's not exactly a done deal.

@MAGAMAHACindy Why would the jury ever hear questions about who was paying her legal fees? It’s completely irrelevant and not a fact at issue.

The jury in the E. Jean Carroll case was blocked from hearing questions about outside billionaire funding. Now the DOJ is investigating whether she committed perjury in her 2022 deposition by denying that funding which later filings linked to billionaire Reid Hoffman. The media such as CNN immediately framed it as “Trump targeting a woman.” An investigation isn’t proof of guilt. But it also doesn’t mean the public must stay silent. Why were Trump’s lawyers prevented from fully exploring the funding issue before the jury? Isn’t that relevant? For years we were told: Don’t question the narrative, don’t question testimony, “believe all women.” Now the DOJ itself is examining contradictions in sworn statements. Americans aren’t crazy for demanding consistent standards and basic accountability. When media treats certain people as unquestionable, trust in the system collapses. Facts should decide this, not politics.

A judge has ruled that corporations can vote in some Delaware elections. Delaware Superior Court Judge Craig Karsnitz said the town of Fenwick Island was not diluting human votes by allowing companies and other legal entities that own property to cast votes in municipal elections. These "legal entities" and corporations make up about 12% of registered voters in the town. In total Delaware has far more corporations chartered in the state than residents. Judge Karsnitz rejected the constitutional arguments of the ACLU, including the claim that "entity" or corporate voting dilutes the political power of living people.

@jgcarey80 @AlexRageAndLove @MorePerfectUS The board members would have to individually be residents and own property to vote, but yes. As for the LLC’s, again, they would have to actually hold title to property, but it is possible and I’ve noted many times that loophole needs to be addressed.

@urcontextplease @AlexRageAndLove @MorePerfectUS Exactly, they voted once individually and are now adding an additional vote. If there are 1,000 people in a town with 100% turnout plus the ‘corporation vote’ the vote tally will be higher than 1,000 votes. 1 person with 3 LLCs can cast 4 votes. Do you see the issue?

@urcontextplease @GreyCat53005588 @PonderOrbExe @MorePerfectUS The higher government sets minimum boundaries for the lower authorities. A municipality in america can have stricter, but not less strict, laws than the state government. And so on to federal. You either aren’t american (likely) or never took a civics class.

🚨DID CORPORATIONS JUST WIN VOTING RIGHTS IN DELAWARE? In a groundbreaking ruling, a Delaware judge has declared that corporations, LLCs, partnerships, trusts and other “artificial entities” have the right to vote in certain local elections. The judge upheld the practice in the small coastal town of Fenwick Island, where most property is owned by entities rather than people, citing the principle of “one person/entity, one vote” and dismissing an ACLU challenge. This is the latest twist in the long-running debate over corporate personhood.

@jgcarey80 @mrqbtw @MorePerfectUS No sir, the corporation casts one vote, whatever the board decides it the single vote cast. Theoretically, if those subsidiary LLC’s actually did own a piece of a parcel of the land as tenants in common, say 100 of them, your hypothetical could come true.

@mrqbtw @urcontextplease @MorePerfectUS Okay but same principle, even if it’s a board that’s still people casting a voice beyond the single vote every one is entitled to, be it fully 2/1 or some fraction thereof. What’s to stop a corporation from creating enough subsidiary LLCs to sway the vote on a particular issue?

@Fargengru1 @GreyCat53005588 @PonderOrbExe @MorePerfectUS First off, citizenship is required for *statewide* elections. This involved a municipality within the state. Second, I couldn’t care less what their website lists, the website it not a statute or case law, I’m not gonna cite the website in court my man.

@urcontextplease @GreyCat53005588 @PonderOrbExe @MorePerfectUS And yet the Delaware website lists citizenship as a pre-requisite to voting in the state. Strange that such a line would be included in the charter. Ah, well, I look forward to this slippery slope of precedent. Time to open an LLC in Fenwick!

@HQNewsNow This was the correct ruling on the facial challenge. That said, if 100 LLCs own a property as tenants in common, the charter reads as if it allows the 100 owners to vote. The text caps votes per voter/entity, not per parcel. That loophole needs to be addressed.
