@FreedomMortgage your loss mitigation reps are telling me that even during an approved forbearance, if I don’t make full payments I will still be reported as late or delinquent. That contradicts how forbearance is supposed to work and raises serious credit reporting concerns.

@USAA_help your agent fraudulently opened homeowners & property policies without my consent. Upon seeing confirmation emails, I immediately called to cancel the policies. Today I learned my lender sent funds to USAA for these policies. I’ve reported you to my state insurance dept

@SouthwestAir I booked a flight using a promo code for 20% off that you issued to my RR account with an expiration in 2025, but then had to cancel. Your chat agents say there is no way to reinstate the code. Is that really the case??

@cvspharmacy shouldn’t store prices match prices displayed online (CVS app/website)? If not, shouldn’t the store match the online price when asked? I was told by the cashier that “prices change all the time” when I showed him the lower price for the same item live on your website

@AirCanada I’ve been waiting for my flight disruption refund that was supposed to be issued by July 22, but I’m getting no response to emails to your Customer Care team or DMs sent here regarding the status.

@tapairportugal booked a Plus fare for 4 passengers but I’m unable to select seats that are included with that fare type. No response via Facebook messenger and your phone line directs to a survey and then disconnects. 1st time booking with you and considering cancelling already.
