@CityFibre @4thUtilityUK This not true. My service provider exactly use this words “we are at mercy of City Fiber, we do not have ground engineers, so whatever @CityFibre says we accept as a fact”. So check your records, the emails you send do not show installation but it was done 1 1/2 months ago.

1-Unbelievable incompetence from @CityFibre and @4thUtilityUK Home installation was done 1.5 months ago but issue with fibre distribution box. Sent me email they will investigate my house for suitability. And I have not had internet for two months. Check your records!!! @mesch5

@4thUtilityUK why am I not getting the speeds your company has promised me? I pay for your highest speed connection which is supposed to be 900mbps but consistently my speed drops to 15mbps. I'm getting a bit sick of paying for your services when your connection is so unstable!
