I've been praying the past few weeks. Unsure why.
There's good evidence behind prayer. It mimics breathwork, calming the nervous system, dropping cortisol, and quieting the brain. Daily prayers show lower depression, anxiety, and pain.
I'd like to develop a prayer practice. Growing up, the protocol was written for me. Explaining whom to pray to, the structure of the prayer, and the boundary conditions.
I don't really know how to pray now.

The proto-creed is recognized to date to the year 30-33, handed from the apostles to early communities orally. That's the Gospel, existing before the books were written, and they were written as per the oral tradition.

My stance is that the Gospel is a tampered book, that still contains truth.
Example of this truth is that Jesus admits he is nothing without his God.
Example of tampering is that the claim that God ordered Genocide is not called original and is proof of tampering.

It told us that the last prophet to succeed Jesus is also mentioned in the old scriptures

People worry that AI is going to replace art because you can make some garbage action movie without having to use all the traditional ways of making a garbage action movie. I just think it’s going to evolve things. People will start to see that modern movies are often actually kind of corny. AI or not. And then maybe people will get to back to telling real stories. This is what the ai-haters don't understand. You get these images, stories, and things stuck in your head for decades. I wanted to write comic books for a living, but you end up having a family support and can't keep pursing that life path. Pick up a pencil? I held that pencil until everyone around me begged me to put it down. I'd given up hope that I would ever get to see these ideas realized. I don't need to make money from them. I don't need a huge audience. But getting to see these puzzles figured out, helps you understand why they have been stuck in your head for so long. Finishing these stories helps you figure out WHO YOU ARE.
