If you're lucky enough to be attending The Masters this week here are my tips: 1. Show up early 2. Go through the main entrance especially if it's your first time. No better walk up than Augusta's main entrance for the first time. 3. Go to the merch tent first and check your bags after. This will fill up so another reason to do this first. 4. If you're buying for others write this list down with sizes on a piece of paper since you can't call/text them 5. Write down any important numbers and put in your wallet. Curse of cell phones, we don't remember numbers anymore. It's also cool to call a friend and them to have that Augusta number to pop up. 6. Bring a trash bag for cups. Whether you buy them or pick them up these cups are great quality and it's awesome to give these to friends. Feel no shame for walking out with 20+ of these. Put them in the trash bag to keep them from your merch bag. 7. Bring a digital camera since you cannot take your phone in. Take plenty of pictures but especially on the cross walks on the holes. These are some of the best back drops and they're unique because not everyone thinks to take them there. (Practice rounds only) 8. Walk the whole course in the morning. 9. Post up for lunch at Amen corner. 10. Take it all in and enjoy every moment. I've been blessed to go twice and I will take every opportunity to go anytime I'm blessed to go again. There is NOTHING like The Masters at Augusta National.

@sweatystartup Very good decision. Will be difficult to buy anything else in the future. We have the S, Y and Cybertruck and now my wife with the only gas car in the house wants a Tesla. FSD changes you

I just ordered a Cybertruck online. FSD will be used for my nanny to drive my children around and to keep my wife from running into things. Excited to never look back from automated driving!

I understand your point completely but college is a wonderful time for kids to finish cooking! They need to practice more independence, build social circles, and discover their strengths and passions. Going into debt is not wise and many parts of the current college system is broken but I’m still sending mine to finish developing in adults. They will not incur debt and will not be majoring in beer pong!

There is a 99% chance my kids will not go to college. If they want to go, then cool. But I don't see the point in going to college or any form of traditional schooling, given where the world is headed.

@sweatystartup Autonomy is the number one measure of success. Took me 18 years working in a boring business (Insurance) to achieve. So grateful to be here even with all the scars and stress.

What does being wealthy mean to you? Get up an hour early tomorrow morning or go in a quiet place with a glass of wine later tonight and just write. Write some bullet points that outline what you want your life to look like. What are you spending your time doing? Who is with you? What are you working on? What do you do for fun? Are you fit and healthy? Now the big tactical question: How much money do you really need to make it all happen? For me it was around $20K per month after tax. At $240K per year after tax I could do pretty much everything I've ever wanted to do. I could play golf. I could live in a nice home. I could drive a nice car. I could send my kids to a good school. I could travel. I could give. So what is your number? And now this is the big one: What is the most realistic path forward for you with the lowest risk and highest odds of success to get there? What business endeavor has the highest odds of you hitting your number and your ideal life? If you aren't sure, that is okay. Write that down too! But you should look at the rest of your life through this lens. And by the way: This is a 10 year game. Maybe even a 20 year game. Your plan can and should have some boring, not sexy steps. Sometimes you have to delay gratification and do things you don't want to do because you know they will lead to bigger and better opportunities later down the line. Get after it and I look forward to reading your replies.

@JaxonDeVille Doing all of this despite him. Players are saying it’s hard enough to defend in this league as it but to also have him actively playing defense against our defense.

This one habit changed everything for me. If I could point to one reason I stay focused, energized, and ahead of the chaos, it’s this routine. In this video, I’ll walk you through exactly how I start my day (step-by-step) and why it works, so you can steal the parts that fit your life and start winning your mornings too. And yes… I’m finally showing the self-making bed so many of you have asked about 😄 I made this originally for one of my keynotes on saving time, and decided to share it here in case it helps you the way it’s helped me. Happy New Year, my friends

I’ve had the Cybertruck for almost two years. I don’t love the way it looks but it’s the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Safe, fun to drive, no maintenance, and the best technology in a vehicle.
Nick Huber@sweatystartup

Sales of Teslas are down 2 years in a row because electric vehicles aren't the future. Gas powered vehicles are superior. It is absolutely hilarious how the EV / self driving boys are in full denial. However, if Tesla made a truck that looked like a truck their sales would skyrocket.

Top 10 X post of all time. 😂

Last quarter I rolled out Microsoft Copilot to 4,000 employees. $30 per seat per month. $1.4 million annually. I called it "digital transformation." The board loved that phrase. They approved it in eleven minutes. No one asked what it would actually do. Including me. I told everyone it would "10x productivity." That's not a real number. But it sounds like one. HR asked how we'd measure the 10x. I said we'd "leverage analytics dashboards." They stopped asking. Three months later I checked the usage reports. 47 people had opened it. 12 had used it more than once. One of them was me. I used it to summarize an email I could have read in 30 seconds. It took 45 seconds. Plus the time it took to fix the hallucinations. But I called it a "pilot success." Success means the pilot didn't visibly fail. The CFO asked about ROI. I showed him a graph. The graph went up and to the right. It measured "AI enablement." I made that metric up. He nodded approvingly. We're "AI-enabled" now. I don't know what that means. But it's in our investor deck. A senior developer asked why we didn't use Claude or ChatGPT. I said we needed "enterprise-grade security." He asked what that meant. I said "compliance." He asked which compliance. I said "all of them." He looked skeptical. I scheduled him for a "career development conversation." He stopped asking questions. Microsoft sent a case study team. They wanted to feature us as a success story. I told them we "saved 40,000 hours." I calculated that number by multiplying employees by a number I made up. They didn't verify it. They never do. Now we're on Microsoft's website. "Global enterprise achieves 40,000 hours of productivity gains with Copilot." The CEO shared it on LinkedIn. He got 3,000 likes. He's never used Copilot. None of the executives have. We have an exemption. "Strategic focus requires minimal digital distraction." I wrote that policy. The licenses renew next month. I'm requesting an expansion. 5,000 more seats. We haven't used the first 4,000. But this time we'll "drive adoption." Adoption means mandatory training. Training means a 45-minute webinar no one watches. But completion will be tracked. Completion is a metric. Metrics go in dashboards. Dashboards go in board presentations. Board presentations get me promoted. I'll be SVP by Q3. I still don't know what Copilot does. But I know what it's for. It's for showing we're "investing in AI." Investment means spending. Spending means commitment. Commitment means we're serious about the future. The future is whatever I say it is. As long as the graph goes up and to the right.

@bradleyflowers Another big reason to overstaff slightly is to develop people. It’s difficult to get really good at something under constant duress. Team members also perform better when you are not vulnerable.
