The 5 day isolation guideline is completely ludicrous. Literally NO ONE I know who was infected had a resolved/improved infection after 5 days. Asking people to go back to work actively infected is CRIMINAL.

I really appreciate that #ViaRail still requires masks on the trains, but what is wrong with the ventilation on these cars? 3600ppm of CO2 (and it’s still rising!) means we’re not getting sufficient fresh air and are all breathing in each other’s breaths. #COVIDisAirborne

@DFisman As a teacher of young children, I typically miss 2-3wks of work each year due to viruses I pick up at school. By paying attention to ventilation and wearing an N95 this past year, not only did I avoid Covid but I did not miss a single day of work due to ANY illness. Life changing
