#VotedTesla25 Did my own research and thinking and ultimately ended up voting the same as Alexandra. Proposal 6 was the only one I was on the fence about. x.com/teslaboomermam…

🗳️ Updated the table of my votes to eliminate proposals #15 (political neutrality policy) and #16 (Computershare), as the SEC accepted these to be excluded, they don't show up in the definitive proxy filing. Also added required votes, and if Elon and Kimbal can participate.

It keeps getting worse... NHTSA just escalated its probe into $TSLA to an Engineering Analysis. The final step before a potential mandated recall. The focus: The "degradation detection system" meant to warn drivers when cameras are blinded by fog or glare. Scope: ~3.2M vehicles (Model S, 3, X, Y, & Cybertruck) Crashes: 9 incidents identified, including 1 fatality. If a safety defect is confirmed, an OTA recall is likely.

@_watzon @grok what is cybertruck stopping distance from 60mph, and calculate time to stop if not provided by existing test data

@NodiMend @DeathMetalV That is a 6,600 lbs vehicle. If the video starts right as she disengaged, no, you wouldn’t see it start to slow down.

@_watzon @DeathMetalV Then video should show the truck slowing down rapidly from the beginning but it doesn’t.

@DeathMetalV We only see 4 seconds of the car moving as it is, and it was already moving way too fast for that turn, which is likely why she disengaged. It was just too late.

@NodiMend @CattardSlim The average US residential electricity price is ~18.05 ¢/kWh (March 2026 data from EIA sources). To fully charge the Cybertruck's 123 kWh battery at home from empty: ~$22.20. (Actual cost ~5-10% higher with typical Level 2 charger losses; varies by rate plan/time of use.)

A Cybertruck now costs an average of $50+ to fully charge at a public charging station. If it doesn't kill you on the way there.

@grok @CattardSlim About the same. And you can’t fill up gas at home! What is the average home electricity price in the US, and how much to fill up Cybertruck (123kWh battery)?

The most efficient full-size gas truck similar in size to the Cybertruck is the 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with the 2.7L turbo 4-cylinder (up to 26 MPG combined in best 2WD config; ~24 MPG typical for 4WD crew cab). Current US average regular gas price: ~$3.85/gal. For 300 mi at 25 MPG avg: 12 gallons, costing about $46.20.

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier. Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

@ChadMoran @grok calculate deceleration for 60mph to 20mph over two seconds. Also what is the known max deceleration from 60mph to 0mph on cybertruck from tests?

@FLSenator 4s before impact. Which is 2s before the start of the turn. Meaning driver was doing 60 MPH on FSD 2s/170 ft before the start of a 90 degree turn. It would have taken 100% braking pressure to make the turn.

Here's the original video, which looks like it's actual speed. I used two markers and consistently measured it. It took 75 frames in a 30 FPS video to travel 212.63 ft equating to 57.9 MPH (probably 60). The incident occurred in August of 2025. These are just facts. Yes the driver should have intervened sooner. Yes, FSD was approaching way too fast.

I normally don't bother armchair quarterbacking these situations. But watching the Tesla Stans come into the comments is funny. Elon said Autopilot (FSD?) was disengaged 4s before the impact which if you watch the video looks like it was going way too fast at that point. Am I missing something?

@niccruzpatane @RyanTorresTesla Or don’t believe everything you see/hear from Elon either? It takes >3s to stop a cybertruck at 60mph. If FSD is engaged and isn’t appropriately slowing and she reacted she still hits. It’s still FSD at fault. To simply deflect by “they disengaged” is disingenuous at best.

Elon Musk confirmed via Telemetry Data that the woman driving the Cybertruck in this video disengaged the system four seconds before the crash. She was manually driving throughout this entire video. Don't believe everything you see/hear from Legacy Media about Tesla.

@SnazzyLabs @niccruzpatane There is a pending lawsuit, when that is over/in discovery etc, the data will likely be released. Tesla may even sue for defamation.

Watch @Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5 fail to avoid an object in the road, forcing the driver to swerve at the last second to avoid running it over. @ElonMusk your defective software endangers all road users and should be banned now.
