The Commie Corridor greets Mayor Zohran Mamdani A young woman ran out for a picture, only to exclaim “oh no, I left my phone at the bar!”

If you're going to start taking big real estate money, at least be honest about it.

Turn the volume up

Some speculated that the events of the weekend (Knicks game, Puerto Rican Day Parade, Brooklyn Pride, etc.) would dampen turnout. But, at least in Manhattan, cumulative 2026 turnout (as a share of 2025 turnout on the same day of early voting) has been creeping *down* since then.

Hey NYC District 7, let's analyze Claire Valdez's résumé. Does it rise to the level of a seat in the United States Congress? -Taco Bell -Trader Joe's -Pizza Hut -Failed artist -Organizer Obviously not. I rest my case. Let's end this charade of a failed socialist on Tuesday. In the meantime, when they knock on your door over the next few days, don't answer it. If you do, respectfully say, "Not interested in your ideology." @NydiaVelazquez VOTE NO @claireforny VOTE Yes @ReynosoBrooklyn

Beautiful morning in Sunnyside.

@BOENYC 23k, the biggest turnout yet. Let’s hope it’s young people and not some crusty satmaras.

📢2026 Primary Election- Early Voting Day 7 Complete! Manhattan: 46,932 Bronx: 10,121 Brooklyn: 34,258 Queens: 21,649 Staten Island: 2,246 Total # of Early Voting Check-Ins: 115,206* *Unofficial & Cumulative as of close of polls

@RossBarkan Espaillat seems ahead and I think Reynoso is closing better. That rally got drowned out by the Knick parade news.

I am feeling increasingly bullish on Avila Chevalier against Espaillat. Valdez vs. Reynoso looks closer than I would guessed (I thought a 10-15% margin was possible, and no longer think this). Lander seems like a lock.

Watch as Darializa Avila Chevalier, prison abolitionist, is asked *four times* how she would handle a murderer, and each time refuses to answer. nyeditorialboard.substack.com/p/darializa-av…
