If you're having trouble with the Internet - e.g. you're connected but you can't reach any websites - it could be a DNS problem. Old Adguard DNS settings recently stopped working.

This month's Windows Update has caused issues for some people: including printer problems, slow performance, no Internet, no keyboard. A Restart is likely to fix these issues, as a restart is more thorough than a normal, faster Shut down, and processes any unfinished updates.

Some antivirus and maintenance apps may not be that good for your device - or your wallet. While some protection is necessary, there's a trend towards pushing unnecessary add-ons and compromising search results. We're doing our bit to educate our customers and save money.

Our top issue this week: compromised email accounts. Always check the link carefully to see if it's really from the 'sender', go directly to the website instead of using the email link, and always use a unique password for your email (in case another site gets hacked).
