@cromaretail @CromaSupport @TataCompanies Complaint raised on 9 June. Today is 14 June and @CromaSupport still can’t resolve a missing AC remote kit that their own installer confirmed was absent. No accountability, no ownership, just excuses. Embarrassing customer service.

We understand that you're concerned about the situation with the Chroma store at Infiniti Retail Limited, located at Unit No. 701 & 702, 7th Floor, Kaledonia, Sahar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069. It seems that this store is not listed as one of the authorized Lenovo resellers on the Lenovo page spr.ly/6014B8vAG6. Because of this, Lenovo won't be able to process refunds and returns for purchases made there. We encourage you to reach out directly to the reseller for assistance with your refunds and returns.
