@SimpliSafe for an online security system to have zero ability for users to add or edit their payment card info, you should be embarrassed. And the phone agent tried to befuddle me with IT lingo as to why it wasn’t working instead of just admitting the system wasn’t working.🤬

@AmazonHelp 48 hrs? I ordered it for SAME DAY delivery….so now i wait for 48 hrs to see if it arrives, then cancel and re-order? My point is this isn’t a one time experience. It’s regular. Same day delivery is “guaranteed “ then suddenly it doesn’t arrive for days. Why even offer it ???

@amazon - why offer same day delivery if it’s out for delivery and then just never shows up? This happens regularly…so frustrating especially when it’s something needed immediately…. Now it’s maybe gonna be delivered today in the next 20 hrs? Useless update…

@teslafi what gives? With recent updates my settings no longer precondition my car after work like its setup to do, sentry doesn’t turn on at tagged locations, etc. tried changing settings and doesn’t work still?? What do i need to change to get that functionality back???
