@amazon@amazonIN@AmazonHelp@amazon I ordered a Macbook on 2nd oct . It is out for delivery since 7th oct but not delivered yet. I've contacted customer care > 20 times. Only response I received was "we have updated to delivery partner " each time I made call.
Whereas All other product are getting delivered here well within their delivery date. Same was the case with my previous order which ultimately got cancelled. This kind of unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable. Get my product delivered today as per buffer date.
Whether the delivery partner communicated anything or not. Nothing such info is available. What's the point of connecting to customer service then. In status tracker it shows its in Noida then why the order is not being delivered despite being at location.
