@BlueShieldCA is switching our co-founder's son to generic Stelara. No letter sent informing them of the change. They learned when calling the specialty pharmacy. They spent hours on hold, disconnected and transferred. No one ever called back. Hours of time with no help.
@ICRicardoLara @BlueShieldCA my six-year-old patient has profuse rectal bleeding and was denied appropriate therapy by Blue Shield. I wrote an appeal letter, but can’t send it to Blue Shield by any conventional means.
