@Instacart @InstacartHelp I followed the instructions on how to edit and remove items on an order placed and the edit didn’t update successfully as proven by the agent I spoke to. Had to call. She said there would be a recalculating charge. Not fair.

@Instacart is refusing to pay me for a promotion. Completed 19 batches from the SAME store. First 17 counted, last 2 suddenly “don’t count.” First it was “wrong region,” now it’s a “technical issue.” Still no payment They are cheating their shoppers! #instacart #instascam

@Instacart My @Chase card monthly credits aren't loading for April. Cards show "already redeemed" when re-enrolling (so they ARE enrolled) but no credits appear. Wife's identical setup works fine. App support can't help. Need escalation to your Chase partnership team.
