Ashley, he’s not affirming his gender. His intention behind the surgery is unrelated to gender. He has not said he cares about appearing more or less like any gender. He just wants to appear more attractive to the general public by changing his jawline. Both genders prefer sharp jawlines. Jaws don’t have genders.

Lululemon have capped out at 15% of the men’s market because that is 100% of the market they can get with their current brand baggage. Menswear was never part of the original vision for the brand, which is why they have such a great womenswear name. But that same womenswear power makes them radioactive for men. It doesn’t matter who buys the clothes. You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink. This is such a simple fix, not sure why there’s so much resistance to it. Plenty of brands have sister and brother brands.

Certainly they target individuals. But I said you specifically. Because either you make common, generic art that isn’t unique and don’t have much of a tangible victimhood claim - or - you’re already an influential artist, who probably isn’t struggling, and either has representation or a legal means to recuperate

If you’re targeted specifically you are an explicit victim with a solid legal case and a concrete example to bring in front of a court If you’re just a general artist who doesn’t have a signature style then you’re going to have a hard time proving wrongdoing on the part of any AI company

@patrickgormli @Rahll Yes, actually, my art HAS already been scraped and used to train AI. There used to be a site where one could check. I did so, and discovered my art on a number of items in my print-on-demand stores had been scraped and used to train AI.
