Last night, I made a decision.
After I complete my A License, I will be putting my coaching era on pause.
Instead, I will be shifting my attention to my new project. AI refereeing.
You know I complain a lot about refereeing decisions. And I simply think it is ruining our game — and for me to enjoy the sport, this has to be fixed much before the tactical aspect.
Human referees cannot continue. It is time to automate everything. There will obviously be a man on the middle of the pitch, but he has no input himself — it will be relayed to him via technology when to call a foul, a whistle, etc. And for further integrity, decisions will be displayed on the screen.
To those who do not know, before my footballing qualifications, I have backgrounds in Mathematics and Computer Science.
So trust me, I will be making this work over the next year.

@henrywinter I don't think I've heard of Haaland doing anything to get a player sent off. He reminds me of Harry Kane. Both will do everything and anything to score in open play. It's that thing in their character that makes them outstanding and worth watching.
