@lemmingstribes @purplewaves7 not interested in an argument as i’ve seen how useless they are with your cohort but i’ll just say that i fundamentally disagree. if ukraine was in nato, russia would’ve never illegally annexed crimea or started de facto “proxy” war in donbas or full scale war in 2022.

how it’s used in practice is how i defined it.
i’m pro-nato insofar as it provides a just peace internally & security umbrella for Europe against russian revanchist aggression, but not pro US foreign policy or alliances in all cases

I am sympathetic to communists who aren't organised. A lot of groups don't reflect people's beliefs well or burn you out on dead-end activism. I do think, generally, it is still better to be organised than not and that there are groups not like this, but sects are unappealing.
