@AmazonHelp @amazonIN Why can't Amazon locate the package out give a straight answer? Customer service agents first promised delivery by 9pm today, then 10pm. Clearly, neither promise will be kept. Asking customers to simply "wait" by their doors for 4 days is ridiculous. What is the use of #Prime?

@EurekaForbes It's nearly 10 days since our Aqua Guard has broken down. Technician came twice with wrong parts. Since last Wednesday, his phone is switched off. I have called the customer service line three times and been assured of resolution but nothing yet. Shocking service!!!
