Don't hire outsiders especially northies & recruit them in our states. @UpdatesChennai As it stands today, Vande Bharat can go up to ~220 kmph. Limitation of tracks today. Merely upgrading the tracks and removing the "stops" will get a similar effect, without the costly HSR. ofc, that is not the path that would be taken though !
