This is absolutely ridiculous. Was late to work because your driver decided to accept my ride and then pull off for lunch at McDonald which added another 10 mins to the trip. @Uber allowing this is insane. I’m demanding a refund. Was more focused and on her food than my ride.

@Uber_Support Me habéis cobrado por un viaje que nunca se realizó. El conductor no me recogió pero marcó el trayecto como completado y además subisteis el precio. Ya he reclamado por la app y solo recibo respuestas automáticas. Necesito una solución real.

@Uber_Chile algunos conductores de uber no salen leer o son choros , les dices que hay calles cortadas y otras cerradas . Le entregas las opciones para llegar mas rápido pero hacen todo lo contrario ahi esta el pastel 20 mnts encerrado sin poder salir de un pasaje
