Bishop Martin of Charlotte explaining that the communion rail has no place “in the liturgical life of the Novus Ordo” since the norm (in the US) is to receive Communion standing. Possibly His Excellency can cite the liturgical text or section of the GIRM stating such a ban? His Excellency also seems to be troubled by the actualization (in certain Charlotte parishes) of the mutual enrichment Pope Benedict often spoke of.

Trash cans are out of control in this city… it looks like a Lego Godzilla threw up all over our city on trash days. The dumps have tech that sorts the trash... it’s like 30 year old tech. We don’t need separate cans for everything.

@CatholicCat8 I was upset at a similar event at my former parish on a Friday outside of Lent. There weren’t any no meat options.
I wonder how this is possible? It would be a sin to purposely eat it from what I understand.
