My brain and my body are just not aligned to how unfit I am for running, in my head I think i’ve still my pre injury fitness from like a year ago but then I tried to do a 10 min jog today & thought I was dying 😂😂😫😫🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ tbf I only got signed off to run 10 days ago after almost 9 months of injury resting & surgery. I know it’ll come back but it sucks & I’m so impatient 😫😫😫

@suemcco11 Same! Injuries get in the way and stop me doing what I want to be doing! Cant beat a good run. Have you ever tried running in a swimming pool. Just across the shallow end. Lots of good cardio but little impact on your ankles, knees etc

@AndrewStrang272 i’m the most impatient person ever! tbf i’ve been doing some weights and the bike etc but nothing can be a full substitute for running

Serious questions now surround newly elected Green MSP Q Manivannan and their compliance with student visa regulations. A good many people feared VAR/officiating would have a huge part to play in the title race. Hopefully it isn’t decisive but deary me. How the VAR can look at the replays and not see a red card has occurred is wild.

@mstewart_23 On this one I think the saving grace here has been that is leg is bent and contact can be argued that it was on the foot. Not an easy one though.
