@Transamerica This suggestion has me going back and forth with a support person . Nobody has the courtesy to call me. I made two deposits to an IRA 10 days ago that the IRS says I should not make. Now they are holding my $ hostage. One thing they should consider. IT IS MY MONEY! NOT YOURS!

Here's the newest from the money-grubbing idiots @comcast / @xfinity. I chatted with 4 people on the Xfinity Assistant (misnomer). They can't be more inept. Problem is not resolved, nobody ever calls back. What a nice racket! Erroneous billing and can't talk to anyone.

@TheHourNews Do any of you people know that your phone is not working. I keep calling and it tells me it can't handle phone service (whatever that means) and to call back tomorrow. Everyday! I'm calling to cancel my subscription. It took me 3 calls to change my email address!

@comcast /@xfinity do it again. Bought the NFL Red Zone and it worked last week. Today, it says Sorry, there seems to be a problem. Really!!! Their solution, try watching another channel or try again later. I refreshed the system to no avail. XRE03121. Money-grubbing idiots!

The idiots @comcast, @xfinity are at it again. I log in online to add the NFL Red Zone. It allow me to select it and verifies by updating my monthly bill. I click Next. It says" Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site. Try again." Thee most incompetent IT Dept. EVER!!!

I wrote on this before. I am unhappy to report nothing has changed. @comcast/@Xfinity doesn't show me the PGA on ESPN+ every weekend even though I paid for it. I am so sick of this! As soon as I find a place that has my channels all together, I am leaving these morons!

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport I have reported on the failures of @Xfinity to allow me to see the PGA Tour on ESPN+ even though I pay for it. Today, I am watching it with constant screen freezes and frequent audio stops. Guess they can't get this right for years. Money-grubbing idiots!

@Xfinity. I tried to stream the PGA golf tourney last week but they couldn't show it even though I have paid for it. Same thing this week. No apology, no credit, just live with it. All the while the CEO was playing in the same tournament I wanted to see. Money grubbing morons!
