Hey @XfinitySupport @Xfinity not only are you not “clear” one of your lines isn’t even buried it’s just sitting at grade. I know for certain there are at least two buried lines in the impact area. Should I dig right through them? You cleared 811 so it would be your problem.

We are tracking a severe billing discrepancy and support spiral reported by @Anniedelf regarding her elderly mother's account. ​According to @Anniedelf, after navigating multiple calls where she was repeatedly placed on hold and disconnected, the account was hit with a $100 per month increase despite being explicitly promised a loyalty discount .
