Russia built a fourth defense ring around Moscow with 232 air defense points, up from 118, DroneBomber analysts report. The new outer ring stretches across the entire Moscow region.
The systems include S-300s, S-400s, Pantsirs, BUKs and mobile complexes positioned on key highways and heights far beyond the ring road. Radars range from modern to Soviet-era equipment pulled from storage.
