@nexta_tv The only reason that the truth-twisting Russians were willing to talk about "peace" with the US was because they thought Trump would help their invasion to succeed.

⚡️ BREAKING: US halts Ukraine peace talks “We were the only ones both Russians and Ukrainians were willing to talk to. So we got involved. Unfortunately, it didn’t yield results. That’s the point,” — said Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Rubio added that Washington will return to negotiations only if the dynamics change, and noted: “If someone else wants to take this on — please, be my guest.”

Trump on Taiwan: When you look at the odds, China is a very, very powerful, big country. That’s a very small island. Think of it; it’s 59 miles away. We’re 9,500 miles away. That’s a little bit of a difficult problem. If you look at the history, Taiwan was developed because we had presidents that didn’t know what the hell they were doing. They stole our chip industry.

@Maks_NAFO_FELLA But Mr Shoigu, the other possibility for peace is that you stop trying to steal another country, before your rotten Empire finally collapses! You can return to exploit the benighted lands that your previous generations of despots have colonised.

Putin is making thinly veiled threats at Armenia. He said that Armenia should hold a referendum and if the Armenian citizens make the choice, then Russia would "go down the road of a soft and mutually beneficial divorce." He then drew parallels with Ukraine and said that Ukraine's wish to be closer to the EU (back in 2013) had led to "Crimean story", events in the Donbas and later to the full-scale war. Putin always blames someone else for his criminal decisions.

Congratulations to the great geostrategist Putin. Armenia is moving away from the Russian sphere of influence and into the European sphere of influence. 📹: footage from a coordination meeting on Ukraine in Yerevan

Russia built a fourth defense ring around Moscow with 232 air defense points, up from 118, DroneBomber analysts report. The new outer ring stretches across the entire Moscow region. The systems include S-300s, S-400s, Pantsirs, BUKs and mobile complexes positioned on key highways and heights far beyond the ring road. Radars range from modern to Soviet-era equipment pulled from storage. Instead of defending the country, all state resources are concentrated on protecting one bunker while leaving other Russian regions defenseless, the analysts note. t.me/dronbomber/351…

@blyskavka_ua Putin and his regime (who actually are illegitimate after so much election cheating) must acknowledge the legitimacy of the Ukrainian state and government before any meaningful talks can proceed with any democratic country or institution.

@blyskavka_ua Why is there any suggestion of talks with the EU? Surely, Putin and his gang of truth-twisters need to get real & speak first and foremost to the legitimate, elected government in Kyiv. Talks with the EU can follow once Putin has eaten some humble-pie.

@Gerashchenko_en @CaolanReports I understand the Venetians are concerned about excessive tourism. Allowing the Russians to participate in the Biennale might help discourage visits of decent people. Besides, "artistic people" suppose themselves to have elevated discernment. Who admitted the Russians?

Journalist Caolan Robertson confronted the Russian ambassador at the Venice Biennale: "Your country killed 30 civilians in Ukraine in the last 24 hours. Why are you using art to whitewash your crimes?" @CaolanReports , thank you for supporting the Ukrainian people!
Anton Gerashchenko@Gerashchenko_en

A Ukrainian performance by Yuriy Gruzinov took place inside the Russian pavilion at the Venice Biennale. He walked through the pavilion carrying a red notebook with "2026 List of Bastards" written on the cover, carefully jotting things down in it. NAU - Network Associazioni per Ucraina launched the Invisible Pavilion project. During the 61st Venice Biennale, an unusual "pavilion" without a building will appear across Venice - a network of posters spread throughout the city. The Invisible Pavilion project placed posters across Venice featuring the names of Ukrainian artists and authors, along with dates and venues, just like hundreds of parallel Biennale events. But every poster carries the same phrase: "CANCELLED because the author was killed by Russia." The project is dedicated to Ukrainian cultural figures killed by Russia’s war against Ukraine. There are nearly 300 of them - artists, writers, poets, directors, musicians, and cultural figures. During the Biennale press opening days (May 6-8, 2026), the posters will appear across the city. And every one of these names of Ukrainian artists murdered by Russia - Victoria Amelina, Volodymyr Vakulenko, Nika Kozhushko, Ihor Malakhov, and hundreds more - is the final argument for why Russia has no place at the Biennale or in the civilized world. 📹: Kateryna Tarabukina 📷: Katia Margolis

"Putin is the main cause of all Russia's problems," Russian 'Z-blogger' Ilya Remeslo, who was put in a psychiatric hospital after criticizing Putin and has been released after 30 days, said in an interview with Ksenia Sobchak. "Everyone knows it - war correspondents, opinion leaders, you know it - but almost everyone is afraid to say that this very man is to blame, and that it is under his rule that our country is sinking into this unimaginable low," he said. This is all, of course, a provocation. In Russia, people aren't simply released from psychiatric hospitals and allowed to speak to an audience of millions. The security services will be watching the reaction, seeing who supports him on social media, and taking note. Girkin-Strelkov has been in prison for three years now for making similar statements. In any case, interviews like this seriously undermine the government, and people might start to think they don't need to be afraid. That's why even a provocation like this by the government could lead to its overthrow.
Anton Gerashchenko@Gerashchenko_en

"Everyone secretly hates Putin." Russian "Z-blogger" Ilya Remeslo said that a "breakdown of the system" could occur in Russia in the near future, by late 2026 and early 2027. In his view, a revolution is unlikely, but a "palace coup" is quite possible. "People in the administration and the government all secretly hate Putin. They hate him because he has taken everything from them. They can no longer enjoy the privileges they once had," Remeslo said.
